HR Marketing Manager (Kosovo)
Your responsibilies
- Help us to set up our new office in Pristina
- Develop our localized employer branding strategy
- Set up and take care of all (hr) social media activities
- Research/market monitoring in regard salary, candidates potential etc.
- Create and hold relations to potential cooperation partners (like universities, job agencys etc.)
- Prepare job role plans and profiles
- Take care of applications, prepare job interviews and organize job interviews
About this role
People, we are looking for
- At least 3+ years professional experience
- Experience in building brands from a marketing scope
- Experience in finding and recruiting candidates
- Strong communication skills including at least good knowledge in englisch
- Positive being
